Catching up...
I want to get a couple days worth of candidate updated.
10/30/2007: Found two candidates, FTI and COL using Barchart Downgrades. Using options I looked at the following.
FTI: 45 Apr08 @ $18.00, stock closed at $60.10. Ideal entry is $57.00 with a resulting probable option premium of $15.10. (I am starting to model the likely price of the option at the ideal entry price using a delta of 0.95).
COL: 60 Apr08 @ $16.10, stock closed at $73.86. Ideal entry at $73, w/ option premium of $15.30.
11/5/2007: Found two nice candidates, RYAAY and EMC
RYAAY: 35 Mar08 @ $12.35, stock at $46.08, entry at $44.50, premium $10.85. UPDATE--Stock hit alert on 11/7/07 and call premium was as expected ($10.85). Paper trade here.
EMC: 15 Apr08 @ $8.95, stock at $23.49, entry at $21.50, premium $7.10.
11/6/2007: Found AOB
AOB: 5 Apr08 @ $7.85, stock at $12.77, entry is $11.75, premium $6.90
